Toyota Australia has retained its title of Australia’s most trusted automotive company in the 20th annual Trusted Brand Survey.
The survey, conducted independently by Australian market research company Catalyst and published by Reader’s Digest Australia, polled more than 3,000 Australian consumers across 70 categories of product in this year’s review.
Participants in the survey were asked for their most trusted brands, with the results used to form the lists to be rated in each category. This was an unprompted question to ensure the rating of top brands in each category were selected by Australians without prejudice.
Toyota Australia’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Sean Hanley, said it was an honour to retain the title of Australia’s most trusted automotive company.
“Trust is not something that is granted, nor is it achieved overnight, but rather something earned over time and through many actions,” Mr Hanley said.
